The styling of the range is very good, the materials used are good, and the finishing appears to be excellent. Considering these points, as well as the very good quality of sound, we would have to say that they are class leading instruments at their price points.The UKT-528EQ comes with Snails own pickup system enabling the player to plug this particular Ukulele into an amp.
This zebrawood model is a stunner. Although laminate wood, it makes a very nice sound with zingy trebles, warm bass and a very clean and clear midrange which does not sound muddy even when strummed hard. And the neck feels nice in the hand, the body is nice and lightweight – there are good things happening in the Snail factory!
