The Flight MUC2's concert scale has more playing area than our soprano style while maintaining the retro vibe. The Flight MUC2 is composed entirely of durable mahogany. Mahogany is a hardwood that has been used for decades to build high-quality musical instruments. Its colour varies from a light pinkish brown to a darker reddish-brown, and it appears to darken with age. Solid mahogany has a powerful tone that no other instrument can reach, that is why it is ideal for a vintage-styled ukulele like the MUC2.

This ukulele's neck and fingerboard are made of African Mahogany and Walnut. It is a superb blend that ensures consistent intonation around the fretboard, is safe on the fingertips, and looks incredible. The nut can seem to be a minor part, but it is vital to an instrument's overall tone. This ukulele's nut and saddle are made of bone. This ukulele features a carefully-designed headstock fitted with Japanese-made Gotoh friction tuners that will always stay in tune.
