Flight NUP310 Pineapple Ukulele Sapele
The Flight NUP310 Pineapple Ukulele Sapele offers more surface area on the soundboard than a traditionally shaped soprano ukulele, which results in more volume and a full tone. Flight offers an instrument in this traditional shape–which not only looks fun to play but sounds fantastic!
The Pineapple Ukulele Flight NUP310 is made of laminate Sapele of the finest quality. Sapele is a light, golden to dark reddish-brown hardwood from tropical Africa. The grain is similar relative to mahogany and has a uniform texture and excellent natural luster. Its natural resonance is enhanced and concentrated by the arched back of the NUP310 Pineapple ukulele, giving a strong and pleasant tone. The rosettes are drawn manually and engraved by laser in all Flight ukuleles.
The Flight NUP310 Pineapple ukulele’s neck and fingerboard are made of African okoume and walnut. It is a perfect combination that ensures a stable intonation around the fretboard, is delicate, and looks great. In the sound quality of the player, the nut plays an important part. The saddle and nut are made of bone. The design of the headstock is an integral part of the identity of the Flight uke. All Flight ukuleles have a custom-designed headstock with geared tuners that stay in tune well.
